Newspaper Article for Amendment 4

   In Oregon, School officials has came up for an idea to do random drug tests for students that play in sports. In most cases, the fourth amendment doesn't allow someone to give a drug test without suspicion that the person is doing drugs. School children don't have the same rights as others. If a student wants to play a sport and refused to a drug test, he wasn't allowed to play. Parents has filed a law suit against the school.
